If you are requesting a quote, you can use the following information to start gathering the photos and details we will need to get that quote prepared for you.
We typically like to know fiber content (e.g. wool, synthetic, blend); age of item; any previous cleanings (DIY or professional); and any specific concerns you may have (e.g. old urine stain, chewed fringe, drink spills.) And of course, we love a good story! If you have a family heirloom, please tell us the story! It warms our heart to keep these items in good condition.
Rug Cleaning or Repair
SIZES: Measure length to include fringes and also from side to side.
PHOTOS: Please take a picture of the front of the rug, then flip the corner over and snap a picture of the back where any fringe meets the rug. We also need images of any areas of concern you have on the rug (stains, holes, tears, etc.) including a ruler or measuring device in the images is very helpful!
Fiber ProTector Treatment
SIZES: Please include dimensions of upholstery, rug, or carpet.
PHOTOS: Please include any photos you have from the showroom (or stock photos if new.) If you currently have the item, a piece of the item in its entirety. The pricing of this service is based on fabric yardage, which can be “guesstimated” from an image or dimensions, however final pricing is dependent on details like: skirting, reversible cushions, depth and height of pieces, etc.
Upholstery or Carpet Cleaning
SIZES: Measure arm to arm for upholstery. Room dimensions are helpful for carpeting.
PHOTOS: Please take a picture of the front of the rug, then flip the corner over and snap a picture of the back where any fringe meets the rug. We also need images of any areas of concern you have on the item (stains, holes, tears, etc.) For upholstery, a picture of the entire piece and close-up of specific areas is helpful.
